Offshore Passage Opportunities ("OPO") is the # 1 Crew Networking Organization offering free crew to boat owners and skippers who are looking for crew.  The crew sail for free and pay their own way to and from the boat.  By special arrangement with our rally, OPO is offering their services for free to all participants.
